At the onset of 2020, we were ready for bigger leaps. However, due to the COVID 19 disruption, we fastened our belts and shifted the gears. Even when the supply chains were heavily disrupted, at Gopani, we kept all our commitments. We took all the precautions for the safety and health of everyone involved in the manufacturing, delivery, and dispatch processes. Overall, the year was eventful as we quickly adapted to the new norm and looked for opportunity in every challenge.
Here is what we did in 2020
Took A Digital Leap:
Work from home became the norm in 2020, and we all learnt to stay connected even from remote locations. We took a digital leap as we conducted all our meetings and discussions online, seamlessly. We also digitized our HR, ADMIN, Marketing, and Sales processes and worked with higher efficiency even among disruptions.
Attended Virtual Conference:
We had a virtual meeting room at the ADIPEC conference where we showcased an entire range of specialty products, filtration systems, and consumables for refinery, energy, oil and gas, and desalination to hundreds of attendees and prospects. Who knew that meeting prospects virtually could be so easy and fruitful?
When the supply chains got disrupted, many people faced unplanned and long downtimes during the lockdown. Gopani quickly filled this gap by working with urgency and scaling up manufacturing. We stocked up inventory and fulfilled the demand for premium quality filtration equipment in India and across the World.
Launched Sure-T Respirators:
With nearly 30 years of experience in manufacturing filtration products and systems, Gopani designed airborne hazards protection masks with Advanced filtration technology. Our maks are a popular choice of corporates for work environment safety. The respirators are also available on Amazon in a pack of 25 pieces.
Launched Claryflow Big Buddy Cartridge filters:
A range of polypropylene cartridge filters perfect for whole house water treatment, commercial filtration, and industrial filtration requirements. Designed for long service life and excellent filtration.
Enabled easy access on Whatsapp:
In 2020, everything went digital, so did our meeting places and conferences. Taking a leaf out of this new trend, Gopani made all product information available on WhatsApp. Clients and prospects can easily get in touch with us with a simple ‘Hi’ on WhatsApp number +91 706 901 8049, and know all about our products and solutions or talk to our reps.
Introduced a noncorrosive FRP Filter Housing to our product range:
Gopani a new product to the range of filter housings. ClarySEA noncorrosive filter housing is designed for a variety of industrial filtration applications and demanding processes like -prefiltration to desalination and any brackish water application.
What we Learnt?
Focus on higher interaction with customers and the changing landscapes to quickly adapt to the new ways of doing business is the success mantra.
The Pandemic situation in 2020 taught us the importance of self-reliance and building reliable long-term partnerships with vendors and customers.
